While training in the Sierra foothills during her 12 years as a U.S. National and World Championship Team Cyclist, the outdoors were Young’s office – road cycling, trail running, mountain biking and using nature’s equipment – boulders, stumps and tree limbs - as tools to build power and strength.
Having transitioned from cycling to Nordic ski racing for Rossignol, and trail running races, winner of the Tahoe Rim Trail National 50K Championship, she has a range of athletic experiences to create an innovative and unique full-body workout. Best of all, the natural setting allows for a more spontaneous approach - taking the work out of workout.

Following an initial meeting to assess your current level of fitness and discuss past training and future goals, Julie will design and continue to develop, based on your progress and feedback, an individualized tailored training program to assist you in attaining your optimum goals.
