8th Annual Reno-Tahoe Odyssey Relay Run Adventure -Relay 101s

Relay 101s

We have scheduled a number of Relay 101 Q&A sessions in the coming weeks. At these sessions, we will give a short presentation about the relay and share critical tips to help you have a successful event. We highly encourage RTO rookies to attend one of these sessions. This is a great opportunity to ask all of your questions. There are not any dumb questions.

In addition, Julie Young and Dr. Andy Pasternak of Silver Sage Sports Performance Center, one of the RTO's sponsors, will discuss their services and programs that assist athletes of all abilities and interests to more effectively reach their individual fitness goals. Julie has an extensive background as an elite national team athlete, as well as coaching endurance athletes of all abilities. She will discuss steps to maximize training time in preparation for the Reno Tahoe Odyssey. Dr. Pasternak also will address in-race strategies for your best performance.

In addition, Julie Young is offering a compreshensive training plan and weekly training sessions to help participants prepare for the event, and maximize their Odyssey experience. Please see complete details in the o2fitness website under clinics.

We'll also give away some RTO swag and have some other fun. We hope to see you at one or more of these sessions.
