Workout:  Hike Mt Judah

Hike Pacific Crest Trail, looping around Mt Judah. Hike with poles to
incorporate entire body training and coordination. Downhill hiking = eccentric
load and improved quad strength. The uneven and unpredictable trail terrain is
the ideal challenge  and opportunity to engage the trunk for anchoring balance.
Post-hike plunge in Donner Lake
