April 10-12, Reno, Nevada A robust three days, providing take-away training tools, including on-bike structured intensity, and off-bike mobility and stability exercises. This power-packed camp will provide a comprehensive approach to improve your cycling performance.
April 10th (Friday) -- Am session - warm up to include hip activation part I, and movement prep; On bike session 2.5 h speed and power workout, complete with climb at endurance pace. Pm - optional active recovery 1 h, in flat terrain
April 11th (Saturday) -- Am session - warm up with trunk stability approx 45 min; On bike 2.5h tt or hill intervals. Pm - optional active recovery 1h, in flat terrain. Pm - camp pot-luck and discussion on improving metabolic efficiency via testing, training and proper endurance training.
April 12th (Sunday) -- Am session - warm up to include hip activation part II and movement prep; On bike session 3-4 h, endurance with specific cycling strength intervals built in to the ride.
Three day commitment required. This is an opportunity to hone pedaling technique and position on the bike, in addition to learning key, structured, cycling workouts with elite coach Julie Young.
Pricing is $150 total for non-contracted o2fitness coaching clients, $95 for current contracted coaching clients, if received by April 3, with an additional $30 after April 3
