Session #8 
Crushers a slight twist on last week’s anaerobic capacity workout. It is
beneficial to use time and distance as the interval duration. Last week we used
time, this week we will use distance 200M. We will warm-up 15 min – then for the
next 30 min we will run a 2.5k-ish rolling loop and alternate 400M on and 400M
off. As last week – we want to pace ourselves thru the entire workout. We will
start the first 10-15min (of the interval on/off time) at a 70-80% perceived
exertion and then for the last half – challenge ourselves with the intensity.
