Session #5 

Warm-up to include 4-6x15 sec strides to prepare for intensity. Then perform one
to two sets (time permitting) of 3x2min/2min rest between; 5min rest between
sets; 3x1min/1min rest; 5min rest; 3x30 sec. These are performed at the highest
intensity that you can produce – while tempering/balancing it with efficient
solid posture and technique. Also remember the key to interval sessions – is
completing the entire workout.
