Session #7 

Warm-up to include movement prep – followed by one big loop of Martis Valley
with 30 sec on/30 sec off for 20 min continuous. We want to hit the first
several at a 80% perceived exertion and build intensity throughout the session.
For those working with heart rate – for shorter intervals we need to go with
perceived exertion – as short efforts do not register heart rates accurately –
heart rate takes a minute plus to catch up to effort. It’s a dandy workout – you
will love it. Again as always – our focus is efficient form – intensity helps
engage us mentally and physically in the workout. Remember to bring a mantra
