The first Epic Rides clinic will address important aspects of training for an endurance mountain bike race. We will discuss the importance of a proper bike fit and how your pelvic and spinal posture directly affects injury prevention and performance, efficient pedaling technique, how to train and prepare with key workouts 9-weeks prior to the event, and exercises you can do off the bike to prevent injuries.
